Submissions that have already been copy edited are far more likely to be accepted to literary magazines, and we can ensure that we will preserve the unique voice of your work.

  • Speak on the phone or in person with our copy editor in order to discuss the nature of your work, potential services, and price.

  • This service involves line editing of your work for grammatical errors and clarity. We preserve your voice and content while ensuring it’s easily understood and accessible. 3-5¢ per word as per EFA rates; sliding scale available.

  • This service involves line editing your references and bibliography such that they match the requirements of a suitable journal. 3-5¢ per word as per EFA rates; sliding scale available.

  • At this level, we will help you edit your work at the structural level. This can mean cutting portions in order to match length requirements, or correcting the flow of the work to ensure it is as clear and engaging as possible. Essentially, we work with you to develop your work into the best version possible.

  • Need your work edited as soon as possible? For an extra fee, we are willing to prioritize your work and get it to you by your deadline. 1-3¢ extra per word.

  • Working on a website, blog post, or newsletter? Commission Deda Writing Services to write it for you. 5¢ a word with a free consultation.
